Kids Party Checklist 2024

1. Enjoy the process – this is going to be a great party!
2. Time of party – most common times are 10-12/ 2-4pm on Saturday and Sunday
3. Choose a venue – home or away?
4. Theme? So many to choose from and can add some extra colour to the party – superheros, favourite character, Unicorns…
5. Guest list – how many mouths do you want to feed? This will also depend on your venue (above)
6. The invitations – birthdays happen all the time so get in early to make sure you get your desired date.
7. A birthday cake to feed the number of invites.
8. Remember to enjoy the party!
9. Party bags with gifts?
10. Book Magic Gareth to take the pressure off so you can do number 8! (in fact, this should be number 1, so do this first!)

And some bonus thoughts!

1. Remember your camera – once Magic Gareth has been hired, you can now sit back and enjoy the show. Take photos and videos to remember the big day. I am there to entertain everyone and keep this as easy and relaxed for you as possible.
2. Prepare for the unexpected – rain, power outage, first aid kit. WHAT IF you want to have the party outside? It may rain, it may start to shine and be very warm. Have a backup – perhaps a neighbors house or an emergency canopy. Sun tan lotion for the kids if we do get the sunshine!
3. Have a gifts table and think about waiting until home time for the un-opening. Also, take notes on who the gift is from!!
